The room nights that have been blocked for our meeting are Thursday, April 28 through Saturday, April 30 (3 nights). The General Meeting is on Sunday, May 1, 2011.

Call the hotel directly to make your reservation. Explain that your room is in the Navy Nurse Corps Association block of rooms. Their number is 850-439-3330.

Handicapped rooms are available. Water view rooms can be requested and may be available. The hotel is a short taxi ride from the airport. There is no shuttle service from the airport.

• Reservations received by March 29, 2011 get a special rate of $139.00 + taxes, king or double. This discounted rate is honored the day before and after the event.

• Reservations received after March 29, 2011 revert to the regular price, without exception.

• Cancellations made 48 hours prior to your scheduled arrival incur no fee or penalty.
